About me
In 1995 I started my professional career with an apprenticeship as banker in a credit cooperative. Subsequently, I studied economics at a private university of applied science in Bergisch Gladbach. My focus was the management of small and medium sized companies which is building an excellent base for my performance of independent professional services.
I wrote my thesis about the customer relationship management based
on emotional and commercial facts which also underlines the key
aspect of my consulting today.
During my 8 years of work experience within a Swiss fine chemistry
company focused on fragrances and flavor development, I was able
to collect valuable experiences in national and international B2B
customer relationship management in Western and Eastern Europe.
Further focal points were flow-oriented planning and optimizations, team management, forming and optimizing the administrative support as well as reporting and budgeting issues.
As former partner in a small start-up business doing qualitative consumer research, I can also look back at a successful foundation of a company. During this period I have achieved deep knowledge on consumer behavior in food and non-food market segments.
I am pleased to integrate all those great experiences into my company and to offer an independent, objective and individual service to my clients.
